Original Hot Yoga: 26 postures, 2 sets, 2 breathing exercises. 90 minutes at 105 degrees. This Method is a beginning therapeutic hatha yoga class.  As you move through the postures you stretch and massage your spine and muscles, stimulate the organs, glands and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood through the entire body restoring all systems to a healthy working order. A consistent practice helps to prevent illness and injury. In addition, the series of postures combine skills of concentration, patience, determination and self-control, which lead to increased mental clarity and reduced stress. The class is practiced in a heated room, to promote cellular metabolism, detoxification, and suppleness of the muscular system. It is a beginning class designed for everyone.

HOT PILATES

Hot Pilates is an extremely challenging full-body workout using Pilates principles. There is no impact, so it is safe practice for all fitness levels of students. And it makes you feel good!

Music Class

Wednesday Morning Music class has all the elements of the classic original 90, same 26 & 2,

same 105* & 45% humidity, but led by demonstration, to music (no verbal Instruction).

Leave feeling peaceful and invigorated.

The traditional 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises flowing over 60 minutes in a heated room of 105 degrees. Get ready for an Hour of Power! This class is perfect for seasoned students looking to supplement their regular practice.

Intuitive Flow

Intuitive Yoga is a vinyasa-inspired style that incorporates physically dynamic and challenging flows that also set aside time for self-reflection. This class will include music that will give you energy and encouragement to push throughout the class. As well as provide students with an opportunity to flow through a few rounds on their own. The class will end with yummy gentle stretches that will relax the mind, body, and spirit.This class intends to take the skills from the yoga mat and apply it to your everyday life. To remind us that our powers as humans come from the inside, not the outside world! This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis. 

YAMA Vinyasa Flow

Yama Flow Persian Yoga is an ancient dynamic practice that combines many familiar yoga asanas (like in hot yoga!) with traditional martial arts poses, and core conditioning exercises (like in pilates!). Persian Yoga has been practiced since before 200 BCE by the immortal warriors of ancient Persia. This 5 part yoga sequence is massively fun and endlessly rewarding, but it is so much more than just a workout. It is a meditation imbuing STRENGTH into our mind, body, and spirit. Persian Yoga was designed to keep ancient warriors healthy and fit during times of war. While we may not be literal warriors in today's age, we all have internal and external battles we deal with on a regular basis. So why not be a warrior on the inside and out, no matter who you are :)
Guest teacher Armenak Chobanian, a teacher of Martial Arts, Yoga, and Strength & Conditioning will teach the seminar. He has been a teacher for 16 years and in the last decade began diving into the YAMA Persian Yoga sequence with his teacher and close friend @the_matt_lucas

Original 90 minute- Silent

Same 26 & 2 postures, no music, no dialogue, just you and your breath. Class size is limited and please be sure you have a solid Bikram foundation for this class, as there will be no instruction or correction.
